What forms of payment do you accept?
- Payments are accepted through all the major credit and debit
cards and PayPal.
Is my information secure?
- Your information is completely secure against access by a third party, as we use the latest technology to protect this information and send all data entered encrypted.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
- Domestic orders (US) may be subject to sales and state taxes. These taxes are calculated according to the state or province of the shipping address, and are included in the final price of your order before completing payment. If you decide to return any items in your order, you will be refunded the cost of the item and any applicable tax paid unless otherwise noted.
Can I place a custom order?

Production Time & Shipping
What is your production time?
- Our items are on a made-to-order basis and should be shipped within 12 to 14 days.
- Platinum requires more crafting time than other precious metals. Therefore, it takes about 20 to 25 days.
When can I expect my order?
- Standard: Once shipped you can expect delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
- Express: Once shipped you can expect delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
- Overnight: Once shipped you can expect delivery the next day.
**Please note that we can only provide an estimated delivery time. We are not
responsible for any courier delay or disruption.
Returns
What is your ‘Return, Repair and Exchange’ policy?
Returns :
* Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
* Returns only apply to unworn and undamaged jewelry. Please make sure to return the item in its original packaging.
* All our customized (including engraved and personalized items) and on-sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges. For a select few customized orders, a return can be processed with a 15% restocking fees.
* Refunds will be issued once we've received the item and may take 7 business days to process.
* Returns are subject to a flat return label fee of $9.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Repair :
* From the day of purchase, we provide 30 days warranty for jewelry covering material and other manufacturing defects.
Exchange :
* We do not provide exchanges for our items.
Do you accept returns shipped internationally?
- Yes, international returns are accepted, but we do not cover return shipping. To process a return, please email us at (info@thejewelz.com) within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Once your package is received, a refund will be credited based on our return practice guidelines.
Will I be charged customs and duty charges on international orders?
- Yes, all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by your country. The Jewelz is not associated with these fees.
Will any duties and taxes on my order be refunded?
- Kindly keep in mind that The Jewelz is not able to process the return of your Duties and Taxes. Please contact your local customs office for the next steps on how to recover this fee.
Our Jewelry
Does my order come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
- Yes, with each purchase, you get an Authenticity Card. Every stone is inspected and approved by our in-house gemologist.
What are your pieces made of and how do I care for them?
- We use 14K or 18K Gold (nickel free) and 950 Platinum. Our Jewelry is made with earth-mined gemstones and diamonds.
Jewelry Care

- Your jewelry is designed to last a lifetime, but keep in mind that it is still made from precious metals and delicate stones. While our jewelry pieces can be worn every day, try to minimize exposure to cleaning agents, beauty products, water and chemicals.
- In order to keep your jewelry pieces in best condition store them individually in an adequate jewelry pouch or box.
Do you use conflict-free Gemstones and Diamonds?
- Our gemstones and diamonds are conflict-free and ethically sourced. Each stone is individually selected by our GIA-trained gemologists for its size, color, clarity, shape and inclusions.
